The MZ450D is one of the most advanced and equipped edge-joining machines supplied by MOLLEN to the domestic and foreign wood industry. This machine has 6 stations equipped with full automatic systems, which performs their operations with minimal human intervention. The command and operation procedure is performed through a control panel controlled by a color touchscreen. These settings can include adjusting the speed, adjusting the upper and lower jaw, the upside-down saw, adjusting the pneumatic thickness of the bar, and other items. The three speeds of the machine vary between 12 meters, 16 meters and 21 meters per minute.
The pre-heating device is a workpiece that, after passing through the dual-core corrosion-cutting station, increases the workpieces temperature to a degree that is easier to do with tape tightening and therefore more precise. At the cutting station, the workpiece is evenly stripped. At the paraffin station, a glossy material is poured onto the edge of the surface to provide the best possible level at polisher station for final payment. It should be noted that at the polisher station, polisher has the ability to adjust the angle.
